Conditions

• Shopping vouchers are used to go shopping at Lotte Shopping Plaza Vietnam (LOTTE) and associated companies.

• Each voucher can only be used to pay for 01 invoice at 01 brand (many vouchers can be used to pay for one bill, however, one voucher can be used one time only)

• The voucher can not be converted into cash or voucher with a smaller value

• If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, customer is not entitled to refund the excess

• LOTTE is not responsible for stolen, lost, damaged or erased shopping vouchers

• LOTTE does not issue VAT invoices when customers purchase voucher

 Due to some reasons, the use of voucher may be restricted at some stores or in affiliated companies. At the same time, affiliates may change their promotional policies without prior notice.
