3. Registration process:

• Step 1: Bring the following documents to Service Lounge (4F) to register:

• ID card/Passport
• Bank (Credit Card) /Airline Card
• Receipt from 3 million VND that is paid by genuine card (doesn not apply bill accumulation) at Lotte Department Store on July 21st, 2023 

• Step 2: AvenueL staff check the information
• Step 3: After checking the eligibility information, AvenueL staff will inform customer to receive the card from 01.08.2023

• Use AvenueL Lounge 2 times/month (accompanied by 1 person)
• Free car parking for 3 hours
